becomes home
Currently Operating as a Pop-Up Experience
While our permanent retreat centre is being built in Kayonza District, Eastern Rwanda, Nature Ineza meets you where you are — at Nyandungu Eco Park in Kigali, and at any location shaped around your individual needs. The same depth. The same silence. Wherever you are.
Spirit of the Garden
This is not a programme.It's a return.
You were born whole — pure awareness, present and clear. Over time, you learned to doubt what you see with your own eyes and feel with your own body. The crowd became louder than your own knowing.
Nature Ineza exists for one reason: to remind you of what was never lost. Not to add more ideas to your mind, but to quietly remove what was never truly you.
Here, in nature — among trees, earth, and open sky — we return to seeing again.
The Approach
We calm the mind with the least possible effort
Anything that demands great effort will eventually enslave you to it. You become its prisoner. At Nature Ineza, effortless alertness is the key.
Most people believe meditation is a tool to quiet the mind. This is a misunderstanding. Meditation does not quiet the mind — it simply stops disturbing it. When you stop interfering, silence is what remains.
In each session, we explore the nature of awareness itself — not as philosophy, but as direct, living experience. Because the moment you understand why you are sitting in silence, silence transforms.

Ways We Meet
Daily and Seasonal Practices
Silent Mornings
Begin before the noise arrives. 15 to 30 minutes of pure, guided silence — at the park, by the water, or wherever morning finds you.
Nature Sitting
Outdoor seated meditation at Nyandungu Eco Park. No instruction. Just presence, trees, sky, and you returning to yourself.
Private Sessions
One-on-one meditation guidance tailored entirely to you — your questions, your pace, your location. For individuals and small groups.
Fire Evenings
Seasonal gatherings around an open fire. Silence, presence, and honest conversation about what it means to be awake in this world.
Garden Reflections
Occasional writings from nature — not to teach, but to remind. Notes from stillness and direct observation, shared when the garden speaks.
Customised Experiences
For organisations, schools, or retreats. We come to you and design the experience around your specific people and needs.
